Buy cinderella 21 is simple. Only you have to follow these steps:

1. Select the (clothing, accessories or footwear) section, the family (dresses, shorts, watches …)

5. Select if you want to collect your order in one of our shops or receive Cinderella 21 by standard or express mail.

6. Select a payment method: Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Bank Transfer ….

7. Confirm your order.

8. Receive an email confirming to your order.



What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Why you may be declined my credit card?

Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:

– The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
– Can you have reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the allowed amount for purchases.
– Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. You just have to fill in the Note field of the order with company data and tax data. And / or send us an email requesting a company invoice.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted form SSL. For payment by Visa and MasterCard transactions only SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the SEC system, the system will contact the bank that issued for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms authenticity, the charge will be on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled. The data of the credit card or bank are not stored on our server.

Can I change my items?

Yes, you have 2 options:

1. In our stores:
by size or color of the same article as long as this available in store. in case of unavailability, the return will be via the website.

2. Through the web:
for the same article changing size and color, provided there is availability of stock. When making changes the client is responsible for the cost of collection and re-delivery.
In case you have no stock available, a customer must make the return of the article, upon receipt of the item in our center, the refund shall be effected on a working time of approximately 30 days. In this course the customer can place a new order for another product.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to the availability of data and, in this sense, if difficulties arise in their supply, or if no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give information about quality substitutes and equal to or greater which you can order value. If you do not wish to order such substitute products we will reimburse any monies that you might have paid.

Delivery Order
Unless extraordinary circumstances, try submitting the order of / those listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or product / s, if no delivery date is not specified, in within 3 days from the date of order confirmation. The delay may be due to the following reasons:

1. Unforeseen circumstances or 2. Zone of delivery.

If for some reason we can not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this fact and give you the option to proceed with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with full refund of the price paid. Please note however that does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. For the purposes of these Conditions shall apply to have occurred «delivery» or that the / the product / s have been «delivered / s» at the time of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address.


If we are unable to deliver, we will try to find a safe place to leave your parcel. If we can not find a safe place, his / s product / s is / n returned / s to our warehouse.
