Refunds in the exercise of the right to desist from the purchase.
In order to receive a store vouchment (minus shipping charges) or change your order, you must send the entire returnable item (s) back to the company, within 10 business days from the day you received your package.
Return to our core facilities: You can return the product directly to the address listed in the Invoice you will receive with the product. Please return the product to us in perfect conditions and with its original tagging within 10 days of your purchase along with the invoice for the order. You will be responsible for the cost of repaying the products. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us due we will be authorized to charge you with the expenses that we may incur. Return of the product in a shop cinderella 21 in Spain: If there is a store cinderella 21 in the city/province where the product was delivered, you can make the return within 10 days after the purchase in the shop itself. In this case, you will have to go to the store in person and deliver along with the item the invoice that you will have received at the time of delivery of the product. No change or return shall be made of those products which are not under the same conditions in which they received them, or which have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
Once we have received your package, our Return & Exchange department will contact you by email to give you the exact date our Department of Accounting will process your store vouchment with the product price.
Defective product returns
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product is not in accordance with the terms of the Contract:
1. You will be able to go to our store Cinderella 21 (Spain) to make the change/return. It is essential to present the invoice. The default change/return period is 15 days from delivery.
2. You will need to contact us via our e-mail email@example.com or the Customer Service Desk here will have to inform us of the order number and the reason for the return. Once the item has been received, the state of the item will be checked and only if the product has not arrived in perfect conditions and we do not have a replenum to send you one in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded in the account with which the payment is made, within the maximum period of 30 days. If the item is replaced, a further shipment of this item will be made to the same address as the initial order.
The rights recognized by the legislation in force are to be excluded.
Products under Promotion will not be able to make changes or returns.
