All our shipments are sealed and wrapped in our own parcel.
All our national orders are sent through MRW, except the Balearic and Canary Islands, upon request.
After credit authorization and verification, orders placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
We strive to get and send the styles requested by you as quickly as possible. We use MRW shipping for all orders in SPAIN, peninsula and orders arrive in 24 / 48h business. Our compliance center is located in Barcelona, Spain. When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information, which appears on your credit status. In the event that your information does not match exactly those of your credit card that show the files, your order can be kept on the premises until the information in the verification department is correctly verified. Our verification department will contact you via email. All this could delay your order 1-3 business days.
We process and send packages from Monday to Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.
Your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days if our verification department needs additional information. We will contact you by email or phone if additional information is required for further verification. Please check your email if your order is not processed with immediately reserves the right to cancel any order for potential fraud.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been sent, as well as a text message in the case of filling out the mobile number form, with shipping number and destination office phone. You can track your package all the time. through the destination office of the MRW transport company, you can call and verify delivery time. Please, in any case, contact the transport company to be present at the time of delivery, because unfortunately, We are not responsible for the orders that are shown "delivered", or in the case of not reaching an agreement in the delivery schedule.
The packages are sent in schedule of:
Monday to Friday from 11 am to 3:00 pm.
Please note that orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a holiday, the order will be processed on Tuesday)
If your package is returned to our facilities by our supplier (under the same seal) for any reason, the shipping cost will not be refundable and there will also be a 15 euros return rate that applies to international orders.

PO and APO / FPO boxes or US territories
We accept orders sent to PO boxes and APO / FPO or US territories. Orders to these addresses will always be sent through the priority mail service of the postal service.
Products in Offers
All items on our account "OFFERS" are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-interchangeable. All products in our "OFFERS" tab are "FINAL SALE". All discounted items are also final sale. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our "OFFERS" tab at any time. Any sales item sent and received again in our facilities will apply new shipping costs.
Cinderella21.es ships to most foreign countries. The shipment will be calculated automatically on the payment page when you select both the address and the destination of the shipment. Orders are packed from Monday to Sunday, but shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on select weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect / incomplete / incomplete shipping information after verification of your order processing time an additional business day may be delayed.
